Police clearance

With the rumours of TR to PR. I just have some questions with one of the requirements (police clearance).

Me and my wife got married 2023. But most of my and her documents marital status are single especially Police clearance from our home country.

Do we need to change the marital status on these document or no longer needed? Should we just attach our marriage certificate.

Because most of the documents if I need to change the status takes a long time.
