Ticket vs Aberdeen

Hi i’m try to purchase a ticket vs Aberdeen on 18th December however none are showing available on Enigoo and when i emailed i got the following response - For security reasons, it is not possible to purchase tickets for AC Sparta Prague home sections as an away fan for match against Aberdeen. Unfortunately, the system cannot recognize which team you support, so you are considered a visiting fan. Can anyone help?
