My doctor gave me 10 days off from work

I went to my psychiatrist this friday and told her I'm having a lot of violent anxiety attacks because of sensory issues and work. I work with customer service, and she said, "Oh my… hmm, I could write something to change your position, but I don't think it's possible… how about a few days of rest at least?" She wanted me to choose the number of days, but I couldn't decide, so she chose for me. Not gonna lie, I needed it. But it's just a temporary relief… autism isn't going anywhere 😕 and I can't pick another job right now because I have some urgent bills (like university, feeding my dogs, my treatment, buying food etc) I'm on day 4 and all I can do is eat, lay on my bed and pet my dogs. I have no energy for anything else.
