Fine art, media, film portfolio "Ergänzende Liste"

Hey all,

my deadline to upload the portfolio is today (1/12) but I already uploaded it in the weekend. However, now I got cold feet regarding the "Ergänzende Liste" with the list of the submitted works. I uploaded this form together with the portfolio in the Medienbank (this is how I understood the instructions), but judging from how the form is phrased, I now wonder if it perhaps should be uploaded in the DAAD portal instead?

In the general instructions it says "Reichen Sie bitte zwingend gemeinsam mit den Unterlagen in der Mediendatenbank die ergänzende Liste zum Portfolio ein." But on the form it says "Ich werde folgende Arbeitsproben in die Mediendatenbank hochladen im Zuge meiner Bewerbung", which is a bit ambiguous and sounds like something that potentially should be uploaded beforehand in the Portal instead...

It's too late to shoot an email to the DAAD and ask. Has anyone perhaps asked this question before?
