potential hair salon scam?

hey all, just wondering if anyone’s been approached by a lady offering full hair treatments from hair affair LA for only $80 she had the whole pamphlet with her which looked legit but she said the only way I could get it was if I zelled her $80 at that moment. She said they go to a lot of other universities in la so was just wondering if anyone’s actually tried and gotten the hair treatments or if it’s a scam
