Is it weird that I think Katie doesn’t have a reason to be mad?

Like it’s not like she been fired, she not losing hours, if anything she been given more help for the same paycheck, not only that but it’s something that should have started sooner cause FC is global now so Katie shouldn’t have been handling it by herself for so long. It’s also isn’t like she doesn’t do things on her own without telling everyone, like during the fashion show she didn’t inform anyone but Eric about putting that moment in a bunch of marketing. I just can’t understand why she mad from a business perspective.
