Advice/thoughts?

Hello all, I am freaking out massively and I don’t know what to do. I am an Ontarian going to school in the US. My school refuses to fill out any forms related to OSAP until after the drop deadline (after first week of classes) and they also do my OSAP on a per semester basis, not annually. So I got my program information form done and approved. OSAP then asked for academic progress documents which took them 8 weeks to approve. I then got my confirmation of enrolment form and it would not let me upload to OSAP due to it being past the deadline. I called and spoke to someone who said to not worry and just email it to them using an email she gave me. I did that about 2 weeks ago and no news yet. I got a notification today that my funding had been calculated (again) and is now $0. I called again, and they said it’s just a standardized update to my account and to just wait for my confirmation of enrolment to be added to my account. The end of semester is a mere days away. Has anyone been in this position before and what did you do? I’ve done everything in a timely manner but the 8 weeks it took for them to review my academic progress has eaten up all the time to my deadline. I am a wreck, please help with advice or anything at this point, I’m desperate
