What will happen to an egg if it looses gravity?

I can think of two options to "loose gravity": 1) space-time curvature becomes flat within the egg 2) the egg looses gravitational mass, retains inertial one.

The transformation (and retention of property) is magical, but what will we observe in accordance with remaining physical laws?
