Ground Transportation options?

I've used Southwest Vacations in the past for booking and in trying to book something now to the DR (Punta Cana) I dont see any add-on options for ground transportation to/from the airport.

Is this now baked into the cost? I have tried 2 other resorts and this add-on doesn't appear anymore. This seems weird because once you get outside, there are kiosks for all the airlines for getting your transportation. Can someone comment or advise on this?
