Why hate on polygyny in this case?

Once in a while you get a man who is looking for a second wife, while his wife is well aware and fine with it. People then proceed to criticize him for that, some even ask "why"?

Then you have some women leaving commenting insinuating it's a disgusting and horrible thing, just why?
