Need help deciding what to upgrade to

I'm currently looking to upgrade my PC's CPU and GPU

I was thinking about buying a 5060ti 16gb and a i5-10600k (supposedly my motherboard only supports 10th gen CPUS as its a LGA1200) but wasn't sure if the GPU would bottleneck the GPU (im new to building/upgrading pc's and the terms so bear with me lol)

Specs: GPU Nvidia GTX 1650

CPU: Intel i3-10300

Ram: 8x2 8GB Gskill 2133 mhz
Storage: Samsung ssd 860 evo 500 gb/1.82 tb Seagate Barracuda

Motherboard: H470m Pro4

Looking for recommendations on a budget of around 500-600USD
