Is anyone else having this same issue

Why can't I subscribe to the Explorers club or buy Atlas Bucks through the web page on my account. I can only buy Atlas Bucks from the app. I always subscribe and buy from the Atlas Earth web page but recently it will not let me can anyone tell me or have an idea why.
