Game cashing issues

My brother and I are trying to diagnose an issue he's having and we don't know if its just his PC or something else?

Anytime he loads into oilfield or Eastwood maps he crashes. He also randomly crashes when in other maps but not nearly as frequently. What could be causing this? Anyone else having this issue?
