What to do upon reaching 120?

I have full credit on the FSA dashboard for 118/120 toward PSLF.

Payment #119 was made today via autopay for the 11/28/25 due date.

Payment #120 should be coming this week. An FSA rep told me that they were looking into my account to resolve an issue with June 2025 not showing up or counting for PSLF. They said it would be fixed by this Thursday.

So around this Friday (12/5/25), I am going to submit a fresh ECF, which would bring my FSA counts to 120/120. Do I just mark "yes" when it asks if I'm applying for forgiveness, and leave it at that?
