Budget monitor recommendations

Looking for a new monitor. Thinking 27" QHD for gaming and work. I've not looked at monitor specs in much detail before but thinking IPS 1ms and 120hz as a minimum is a reasonable target. Is there anything else significant that I should be considering? This seems to fit the bill but does anyone have any specific recommendations around a similar price? Thanks

I've only got a 4060ti so I'm not expecting to be running the latest titles completely maxed out, but didn't want to go a lower resolution as I feel like 1080p would look a bit crap on a 27". Thanks
