Mystery coin

Going through some old stuff and found some old Roman coins I bought many years ago. I hope someone has an expert opinion of this one. Possibly Lucilla? I am new to reddit and hope I am following the rules here. I could care less about value, I just think it would be neat if this is authentic. Thanks for any opinions you may have. Hope I didn't get taken.
