Any experience with 45Drives as hardware/licensing provider?

I'm looking to replace my Dell PowerEdge hosts with cheaper options and get actual support from a single vendor. Dell is lagging behind on the support and charging big dollars for their initial solution of the ME5 SAN solution which is overkill for our storage requirements for 40-50TB total storage, which includes space for growth.

45Drives keeps popping up but I need to maintain compliance for a business doing international sales, so I need something close to "enterprise" hardware and support.

Is anyone running their business on 45Drives hardware either as a CEPH cluster or using a 45Drives host as shared storage?
