I’m at my wits end

The top refractory panel for our gas fireplace fell down and broke a few months ago. I called the place we bought the thing from to get a replacement, and they just keep telling me they have to contact the manufacturer.

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement top refractory panel for a Kozy Heat PRC36?
