Shared power - DC fast charging & adjacent building?

Is there any technology that allows for a fixed power supply to be shared between a DC fast charging unit and a rarely used facility?

For example, could a DC fast charger be installed next to a major league sports facility that is used <20 times per year, and during sporting events, power to the fast charger(s) is curtailed to run the facility? This would avoid a new costly interconnection for the charging site in a congested area.
