My girlfriends family doesn’t want to meet me

My gf (21f) and I (22f) have been together for almost 2 years. I come from a very accepting family and my gf has been involved in my family since the beginning of our relationship. My gfs family is very conservative catholic and do not approve of our relationship. I have met them once at a football tailgate that we both happened to be at and they refuse to have a more formal meeting. My girlfriend is pretty financially dependent on them for college and healthcare until she graduates college next year. My gf still spends every Sunday and holiday with her family but I am not included, meanwhile she is always included in my family functions but often misses them bc she is with her family.

My gf says she wants to be with me but is not willing to give up her family, I’m not sure if I can spend the rest of my life with someone who’s family doesn’t accept our relationship. Am I overthinking this?
