S23 Ultra - Renew from Samsung or Wait for S26 Ultra

Currently I'm using S23 but I wanted to get S23 Ultra - mainly for the 10X optical zoom it has for the camera. I'd love to take photo of the moon and my child playing football without it being all mushed up together. I was hoping to jump on future Ultra lines but learned/disappointed at that the future ones are coming with 5X optical zoom only.

For the people who experienced S23 Ultra and S24/S25 Ultras, what do you think - should I go for Samsung Renew(still $7XX CAD) or shoudl I hold off and get S26 ultra when the launch promo appears?

Thank you,
