Giving a friend space

So there is one friend in my college.. we used to talk normally.. but I have done things which somewhat overwhelmed her.. like calling her to meet .. bringing gift for her.. calling when she didn't saw my message.. although she accepted my sorry.. and she talks normally like before but somewhat late replies.. I have sent a simple academic message after that sorry which she approved .. but she haven't saw the message .. it's been 4 days.. I want to fix this? How to? She sees my stories and status ..
