Does a 1st class ticket (US domestic) get you day-access to AA lounge?

Thinking about paying for a 1st class ticket for a 2-leg trip with a couple of hours layover in DFW. I don't have an AA club membership. Does the 1st class ticket grant day-use access for the AA lounge?
