LOST 4 years progress

I have played this stupid game for so many years.

I stopped playing it because of the ridiculous amount of ads.

Now after one or 2 years, I downloaded it again, but alllllll my progress is lost.

tried logging in with my account, uninstalling it, logging with different account and back in my account. in vain.
