Co-codamol during pregnancy

Hello All, I am going through intense gallbladder inflammation and i get random attacks ( if stand up long or lay on my right side) Its painful but i don't have any stones and its more like sludges. The doctor said they will remove it as soon as the baby comes and i am 20w pregnant now. I can feel the baby move and i am scared of taking co-codamol as i feel it will harm my baby. Has anyone has it? thankyou( just a first time anxious mum)
