Honeymoon Bali

Hi, planning a honeymoon in June/July around Taiwan and on the way back home we'd like to stop over for a very classic honeymoon luxury experience, so I think the only spot with good weather would probably be Bali in that part of the world?

There is a lot of information here, but also a lot of conflicting information. For us a private pool is completely irrelevant, we prefer an exceptional property, just quiet and luxurious. There is not even a preference for a more beach oriented property, or a more 'jungle' property, as long as its luxurious and there are options for activities (though nothing crazy). Willing to go up to about 1K per night.

Also side question: what is the estimate for the bill at the end of the week when you want to live in the resort as if we are on a Silversea luxury cruise? (Multiple course dining, champagne, etc every night)?
