Why is u/traditional-tart-156 still not banned?

man just look at basically every single post on this subreddit bro is there spreading hate. he has a copypasta that he puts on comments here. he is basically a spammer/rage baiter or something, mods please do something this guy is just sick and it's sad opening posts and seeing him doing that every time.
