Typo in evidence

Hello all,

So I have this issue. I just noticed that in the photo album for I-751 I used there pictures that I used for I-485. However, I made a typo in the labels of these.

First typo was changing that in the I-485, it was “2022” while in the I-751, I put “2023”. Second typo was the activity. In I-485, I put “anniversary” while in I-751, I put “birthday dinner”. These two activities happened at the same time! Lawyer said not to correct it, and only do if USCIS request clarification.

What’s your opinion?
