Thermal paste mx4/grizzly kryonaut or other

Hi, i was thinking about repastnig my cpu and gpu in my msi gf 63 thin(i5 11400h rtx3050) and im not sure which paste to buy, ive thinked about either mx4 or the grizzly kryonaut but ive heard that kryonaut likes to dry out fast, and that mx4 has low thermal conductivity (i dont understand) so i would be really happy if you guys recommended me something :)

The most important thing for me is that it lasts long and works okay (doesnt have to be good)

lets say that it works fine for 3-4 years, after that ive got no issue to repaste it (i know that the laptop will probably eat lots of dust in the meantime but whatever)
