After playing with a precon, ready for my first selfmade commander

I would like for your opinion on following list:

Which of these staple lands/artifacts/spells and creature would you remove and which other low cost would you add? My wish for this deck is to get a big board going by doing so with the cards from my deck and not so much with tokens etc, also I’d like to boost their stats with jodah or other spells. I would like to keep the deck low cost (by budget) and bracket 3.
