Has the cap been lifted?

Just pocketed a 3hr for tomorrow bringing me to 22/24 out for last 7 days but the rest of the shifts disappeared for the depot I work from, making me think 24hr cap hasn't been lifted?

But I can see shifts for another depot that would take me over the cap? Is the cap depot dependant?
