Parexel FSP Pfizer Oncology - real truth?

It sounds like this could be too good to be true since it’s oncology it might only require you to go to the sites once a year and most of the visits will be remote so it seems like I’ll be able to actually have work life balance. I’m sure that my actual visit days for remote visits will be long but is life better on this side?
