Recommended Mods for a realistic RDR II Story mode (Streaming purposes)

Hello, I played the story mode 3-4 times, and I wanted to replay it in really high graphics and most importantly a realistic mod, specifically for fights, and to make the main playable characters a bit weaker and the game more punishing. However I have never installed or used a mod, and I'm not too tech savy so I'll be leaving y'all my pc build in case that's relevant to whether I can run your recommended graphics or not. PC Build: • CPU: Ryzen 5 7600X • GPU: RTX 5060 Ti 16GB Shadow • RAM: 32GB DDR5 @ 6400MHz • Monitor: 34" WQHD, 180Hz, 1ms curved

P.S : I want to be able to record the whole story line as I'm interested in growing a Youtube/Streaming channel, which is why I'm looking for something a bit more immersive, challenging, and attractive to viewers
