Question regarding communication

Hey all, I’m a first time gestational carrier, and at 12w with a single girl. I’m trying to gauge how much communication others had between GC and IP’s? We have an agency, but the IM messages me directly as well. It was getting to be a lot, i know she’s just anxious but it was overwhelming me, and I’m feeling burnt out. How often a week did you communicate?
