How to bypass Ai HR to get 1st round interview?

My company just fired a bunch of HR specialists and replaced them using an Ai application scanner. Prior to this change for internal applicants we could see the hiring manager and reach out to them about the job we applied for. So that even if the Ai scanner didn't pull our application, they could manually do it. Now there isn't a way to know who the hiring manager is because they stopped listing the name. I have tried cover letters and matching my resume to the job and it still gets rejected on jobs I have experience with. Any advice?
