Heavy Bolter- 10% Terminus VS % 10 damage

Is there any reason to take Terminus 10% over the 10% damage since they're exclusive?

My initial test showed the 10% damage actually outperformed the 10% terminus but I only had time for one. I like to do a few, change up the weapon variant to account for weird code issues.

Even if T10% was a little better, I'm always on Lethal/Absolute/Hard where the 10% damage would be useful against both the boss and 6 extremis+majors it spawns with 😵‍💫 so the Terminus boost needs to be substantial to be worth it.
