Has anyone noticed any real change in the rewards from the Nightmare supply run after the latest update?

It was supposed to improve the drops, but I’m getting results very similar to Hard mode. Before, I could occasionally get two legendary items in Hard mode, but today I used several keys in Nightmare and only got one. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I’m curious if others are seeing the same.
