Voice chat, connectivity, and matchmaking/que times this season

As someone who as played pretty steadily since the game launched, and has mostly defended it and spoken against conspiracies: I've noticed a few things this season, and I'm curious if my anecdotal experience is more than anecdotal.

• Que times! I'm on console, NA. Up until the very end of 4.5, my que times were 45 seconds on a bad day. I'm consistently waiting 1:30-3 minutes when expected time is 15bseconds. What's going on?

• Voice chat auto moderation? I've received 2 one hour bans (and 2 warnings) for voice chat. The first one I'm sure I told someone to "eff off" or whatever, but having never received one of these ever, I've been paying attention: all but the first have come after "good shit" "fuck yeah good stuff" esque comments. Positive comments with generic "cuss" words. Have they changed the system here? I hate it.

• connection issues. Not enough to be a problem, but I have had several issues of teleporting on the map/lagging around here and there, which I have also never got before

• I don't but EOMM. But, I've had a disgusting amount of throwers this season. Like, folks very plainly throwing or admitting to throwing. I've never experienced enough of this to be a problem or anything worth calling out, but I'm definitely seeing it this season.

I'm assuming something was done under the hood on season 5.0, or I have just had lotto-winning levels of bad luck all around this season, but curious what other dedicated players are seeing this season
