Is Deel good for free-lance paying?

Hello, I just got into some free-lance like work, I asked them before I start, what are available payment methods I can use, and they told me when I do my first task, I will get invited to Deel, anyone know how Deel work? How can I receive money from it??

I did a little search in reddit and found so many people complaining about Deel.
