2010 GX460 Fix or Move On

Weighing whether to keep my 2010 with 212,000 miles on it. It has a good service history and I have owned for about 100k miles.

Radiator replaced few years ago.

Recently had valley plate done, head gaskets, spark plugs, and transfer case replaced.

4 new Michelin defenders last year.

In the last couple weeks I have gotten engine, traction, and 4lo blinking lights on. Codes read P2714 and P0761. I unplugged battery to clear and they stayed gone for about 2 weeks. I also went ahead and got a drain and fill done on the trans to see if that would help with some shuddering that has been there for about the last year.

The dash lights have reappeared and I am seeking input on if I pay $5k on refurb transmission or just move on. It seems to be driving and behaving fine even with the codes it threw.

At the end of the day it’s 16 years old and has over 200k miles so I am sure things will continue to pop up. If I do keep it I need to reupholster the driver seat and a few other things so it is adding up.
