I replace my GPU for a "better one" but I'm having issues

I have a problem that's driving me crazy. I changed my 3070 for a 5070, and as far as I know, my PC can handle it without problems, but I don't know why. When I use the 5070, my PC is very slow, it seems to freeze, and sometimes it makes beeping noises. But when I put the 3070 in, everything is normal.
