Why do I get scared when he doesn’t text me?

I am just constantly waiting for him to text me thru out the day…like I started the text good morning and then he replied.

I just need him to text me haha. It’s bad. If I text first I seem needy, bc I am I guess. I don’t know why I can’t just text friends or family…it needs to be him. I’m dying here haha.
