3 winter days in Tokyo

On the 19th I leave for my first trip to Japan 🙂 (hoping for air china) My itinerary starts with 3 days in Tokyo. I will be staying in Asakusa with my wife, we are 30 year olds. Do you have any advice on how to manage 3 days in Tokyo? I accept advice🤓😘
