Hanoi fast track enough for Cruise pickup?

Hi all My flight lands at 5 40 am in Hanoi . I have a cruise lined up the same day and have arranged a private car pickup directly from the cruise . They said the driver will come by 6am and in case of delays wait till max 30 mins . After reading various posts of Hanoi being busy I have bought the immigration fast track from Klook .

Will that be enough for me to not miss the cab? Do I need to do anything else? I haven’t paid yet for either the cruise nor the cab, so if I miss the cab will a Grab go directly to the terminal in Ha Long ?
