being mentally on the edge. So you're saying it will pass?

Question

I know what a flatline is, I know it's "temporary," but it feels like my entire psyche is crumbling to the core. Completing my studies has been my priority since I started... but even that has changed. I would never allow myself to fail even the slightest exam, at the cost of everything... until now. I see my priorities shifting, and it hurts. It's like my "self" is dying. My approach to intersexual issues has also changed and in the context of Nofap, it seems obvious, but it's probably worse than it was. There are peaks and valleys, including in my sex drive and courage... The problem is, it seems like I'm living an empty existence; I'm losing meaning. Faith, hope, God, and the dream of a happy marriage were the things that pulled me out of addiction. Now it's like I'm becoming cynical, and everything I fought for and sought has lost its meaning.

To be honest, I'm not entirely sure what I want to ask. Maybe someone can tell me something off the top of their head. I'm not looking for comfort. Maybe someone knows something, someone has something wise to say. Thanks in advance for your help.
