Amazon says refund issued but it’s not getting processed?

I have returned an item and it’s been 30 days, whenever I call Amazon the say they have manually refunded but it doesn’t appear. They have even sent me confirmation mails. Next time when I call they say it was not initiated and the same thing repeats. Order value is 1100$. it happened 10-12 times now. What can I do next?
