Hpv16 positive, advice?

Hello, I, (37f) found out last week that I recently tested positive for HPV16. This has absolutely floored me. I've been exclusively with my husband for almost 20 years. Had multiple partners before him. But none since. Can it really lay dormant for that long!? And why would it make its appearance now? My last pap was clear in 2022. This passed summer I started experiencing low back issues, after ignoring it for a few months I finally went to the Dr and was sent for a CT. Found out I have degenerative disks, which is what has been causing the back pain; have started physio etc. Along with the back pain ive been having weird bowel issues...(tmi) not constipated, but also not quiet diarrhea. Some strange place between. Ive attributed this to the back issues and stress from the chronic pain. But now as I am starting to spiral im wondering if it's because my cervix is freaking out. I also get the odd dull ache or sometimes pulling feeling in the lower abdomen. But its never been been "wooahh that hurts" just annoying. No blood in stool or urine. No pain or bleeding during or after sex. I have a colposcopy and possible biopsy on the 10th. Ramping up my vitamins (did a deep dive on this sub to find recommended one) and cutting sugar, dairy and gluten( and wine😢) as much as possible. Im trying to keep myself in a good headspace but damn its hard!!! Any stories, advice or just good words of encouragement would be wonderful.
