rebar as gift - worth it?

apologies in advance since i don’t know a lot about multi tools (i have one for when im in the field but thats extent of my tool knowledge) but reddit is always the answer. i want to get my boyfriend a useful gift, found the rebar and so far reviews seem good. he works in construction, usually carries a knife or a tool with him. would he use it? would you use it? help :(
