Information enginnering

I am considering enrolling in the Information Engineering Bachelor's program. I am Brazilian and meet all the academic requirements with strong grades, including a TOEFL certification and the Swedish Mathematics curriculum (Matematik 4). I read online that taking the CEnT‑S test is mandatory for Information Engineering, but I am not sure if this requirement also applies to non‑EU students like myself. Could you clarify how it works?
