Challenge Tracking

Not sure if anyone else has noticed this issue but I won a game of head to head and only got $25'000 towards the challenge "earn $1'000'000" so I started tracking it. After winning a quick cash game, I only got $10'000 towards my progress. I restarted my game and no change. Why is it only rewarding half of my money extracted?
